“Absolutely fantastic place, and a wonderful host, simply incredible and the top of my list for rebooking next time.10/10 would recommend!”

“The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.”

“Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”

“Kimberly was a great host with very thorough communication. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would have given our stay a 5 stay except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be for a five star property nor was the bed as comfortable (which also had very flat pillows) as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for the events/activities we attended and the host was quick to respond.”

“Beautiful decor and an excellent location!”

“The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Great apartment set in Kerrytown. Very clean and has everything you would want in an apartment including a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and very nice.”

“There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very……

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! Great property!”

“Very convenient in the heart of the campus.”

“We went to visit our son at school and this was a great place to stay to be close to everything.”

“We've stayed here before and was happy with it. This time was different. Walked into an 84 degree unit. Notified the host that there was an issue. Next day it was still having problems. We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. Communication with the……

“Overall, the property is nice. The check-in process was a bit frustrating because of all the area street closures and instructions that 1. didn't reference any of the closures and 2. could have been a bit clearer (like using cardinal directions in addition to left, right, etc. Left and right don't help when there are multiple garage entrances on different streets). But once we got into the apartment, we were comfortable and happy. Very centrally located.”

“The apartment is in an ideal location for so many restaurants and shops to enjoy Ann Arbor. It appears to be recently updated and the finish-out was beautiful. The host was highly communicative and responsive. It was ideal for a UM game weekend, and we hope to stay there again.”

“Great location! Clean, spacious. Comfy beds”

“Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.”
