The property was impressive, very clean, nice appliances, and exactly what the pictures represented. The cabinets were very well organized, making it very easy to find what you were looking for. This property had everything you needed for a restful stay. Kathy is a great host, and made sure everything was in good working order. My family and I would stay here if we were in the area again.

A Perfect Spot

This place is so cute and cozy, I was tempted to extend my trip! Sparkling clean and all of the linens smelled nice. I appreciated all of the little details and accommodations provided (ESPECIALLY the earplugs for the trains passing through!) I would definitely stay here again.

Kathy’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for our two nights there as we explored Ann Arbor. The check in process was very easy, and the place is clean and cozy. If we are ever in Ann Arbor again, we will definitely stay here again.

This clean, well-appointed lower floor apartment is ideally located for easy access to Kerry Town, UMich, and riverside walking trail. Coffee, shops, and farmer’s market are all within a 10-minute walk. Its size is perfect for 1-2 people.

Unit is only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants and is nicely equipped. Great bed, and there’s even a washer/dryer. Host is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Cozy Ann Arbor apartment

Great location, close to downtown and University of Michigan. Lots of dining and shopping options that are walkable. The unit is upgraded nicely, was very comfortable for 3 adults. Only downside is no parking at unit. Kathy offers a parking pass for an extra 15 in a private lot. It’s just two or three house where you say definitely worth the extra 15.we would definitely say here again!

This garden-level unit is absolutely perfect. It has a private entrance and every amenity you could want, a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable bed, a cozy sitting area with a television and fireplace, plus a full washer and dryer.Kathy truly thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked with a full-size refrigerator and plenty of extras you don’t typically find in other rentals. The welcome basket with bottled water and snacks was such a thoughtful touch and came in handy during our stay.The bathroom is gorgeous, featuring a built-in rain shower as well as a regular shower, it felt like a spa! She also provides all kinds of toiletries in case you forget something. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly organized. The temperature settings were just right, and the bed was so comfortable that we woke up well-rested each morning.The location is also excellent, right off Main Street, so everything in downtown Ann Arbor is either walkable or just a short drive away. Kathy was very responsive through the app, and the private entrance made the unit feel peaceful and secluded.I highly recommend this stay and will definitely book again the next time I’m in Ann Arbor!

Cozy home with all the amenities in Ann Arbor

We had a positive experience staying here when visiting Ann Arbor last month. While it was not exactly downtown, the home was totally walkable to most restaurants and campus and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home had a small kitchen with all the supplies we needed to cook some simple meals. The electricity went out due to a storm and the host was kind enough to offer us a refund on that day (which we ended up not needing to do!). There was plenty of parking nearby. Overall it was a perfect spot for our small family of 3. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Cozy Spot in Ann Arbor

Kathy was an excellent host. I was traveling to town for work and she accommodated a goofy schedule change before my stay, let me use the parking spot at another property so I could avoid a ticket, and was generally just plain lovely. I've never had a host reach out and ask if I needed anything the day after I checked in! The space was impeccably clean, well stocked with any essential you might need, and perfect for a couple days stay in town. It's walking distance to the heart of A2, so if you're looking for a great location, this is your spot. So thankful for my experience here!

Adorable in Ann Arbor

My husband and I were staying in Ann Arbor for a couple of days while my dad was in the hospital having surgery. We arrived really late in the evening and EVERYTHING was immaculate! So clean, so cute, so well stocked! The only disadvantage, which the owners can't control, is the parking. There isn't parking at the house, so you have to walk a little bit. It was beautiful weather while we were there, so not a real big deal at all. But carrying luggage down the street was a bit weird. That said we'd stay here again over and over and over! The cleanliness was the best I've ever stayed at! Thank you for a beautiful place and for sharing it with us!

Convenient and Comfortable

This small but efficient garden apartment met all of my needs and more as a single traveler. It is conveniently located to charming Kerrytown and UMich. I found most things of interest to me walkable. This space could have easily passed as acceptable due to its location and price point but the proprietor takes it up a notch by adding well appointed luxury touches like a rain shower, towel warmer, bath robes, a basket of snacks and coffee/cream for the morning. I also appreciate the minimal list of requirements necessary for checkout. (Some rentals expect you to complete a whole list of chores before leaving on top of the cleaning fee automatically charged.) This place does technically sleep 4 but, for me, that would be too "peoply". It however is perfection for the single traveler or a couple who appreciates each other's company and just needs a clean, comfortable place to stay while they explore this fabulous college town. The one drawback, as other reviewers have stated, is the parking (possibly enough to remove half to 1 star off the rating). There is no private drive or parking on the street directly in front of the house. You have to park on one of the adjacent blocks then carry your items to the rental. This should not, however, be too big of an issue as long as you are traveling light. Having said that, for those with no car at all, I think it is only a 7 minute walk from the train station.
