"Resort itself is very nice, next to 'KOK river. The staff however are not always professional. The GM Eric was rude in the begining and didnt care about the inconvenience that the check in staff brought to us, by ordering us either to move out or move to other room on the 2nd day. We bookef 5 nights ..."
