“The staff was very stoic like she didn’t really like checking me in. I don’t know if she was tired or came from a funeral . I am used to see smiles when I check in.I travel a lot so it is usually the norm. I mentioned that they should list on Expedia -the dog charge $ ..not just allowance and she did not even acknowledge the question.”

“When arriving at the hotel, the entry area kind of spooked me as I had to park in the drive path to go check in. As you walk in the outside entry area needs some serious renovations. The flooring in the lobby needs upgrades. The elevator felt like a sauna, the rooms were small, bed was okay. Would not recommend it to anybody. I guess you get what you pay for. The employees at the front desk were very pleasant.”

“Couldn’t sleep People staying up till 3:00am . Shower needed re-caulking and wasn’t very clean looking the whole waves were stained. The room seemed to be clean one side. The bed is broken down just one very happy with it.”

“Beds were clean, breakfast was good. Staff were good. Amenities like pool, which was closed, poor. TV in our room the 1st night did not work. There is no microwave or coffee maker in these rooms. Shower stall with fold down seat for disabled persons. Parking is limited and confusing due to there being 3 similar properties in the area. This hotel location is kind of hidden and tucked away from the interstate route access. Many amenities in Wichita Falls are closed permanently, like the……
