“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“Stayed here for our anniversary and found the room clean & updated. Plenty of parking, good location and a great brew restaurant next door. You get a 10% discount to the restaurant. “We love staying at this property because it is close enough to the busy Newport area but also a little out of the way of traffic. The accommodations are very quaint and give a timeless, classic feel. They offer a nice breakfast grab and go spread and the rooms are very large and comfortably. The syaff has been extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Room stunk of cleaning materials. Never received 6:30am wake up call. Bar TV did not have cable for college football. When I arrived, numerous people smoking weed in large patio in back of hotel. Location was great. Parking was fine. I was alone so no problem. I would not recommend for families ”

“This was a convenient place to stay with breakfast included. Room was large with king bed and comfortable sofa and chair. Relaxing! Clean bathroom and good shower head. Two story Sí no elevator but front desk person offered to carry our bags upstairs if we needed help. Decent price - good value. Easy on and off the highway. Would stay again.”

“We had a nice stay at General Stanton. It’s a very cool old Inn with lots of character and was very clean. We checked in after hours so did not interact with any staff except over the phone but the remote check in process was still easy and we had no issues. Was a convenient and affordable stay for a concert in Matunuck.”
