“The Park House Inn is a hidden gem! Had a wonderful one night stay, Nadia the innkeeper was super friendly and really went out of her way to tell me all about the property, the amenities, even the history of the place, as well as dinner recommendations! Having an espresso machine available to use at any time was phenomenal too, the outdoor fireplace area was super nice, and it was just a really cozy place overall, the room was very clean, the shower has amazing water pressure, and the balcony……

“非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。”

“There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.”

“Great location and wonderful clean rooms”

“Front desk was very friendly and gave tips on how to navigate the tulip festival. Room layout was great and fun for our kids to have their “own side.” Room service was quick and food was good - could benefit from a table to help eat as there is not a lot of seating available in room for eating. Overall a great location, good room and nice stay!”

“Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,……

“The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the area was easy to get to. We would definitely book here again.”

“Smelled a little like smoke the first time I walked in the hall way but the room didn't and then I never smelled it again and breakfast was simple but more than good enough.”
