「The rooms were worn out and needed an upgrade, lots of marks on the walls and ripped sheets on the beds. Not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Will not be staying there again.」

「The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around. The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...

「I booked two rooms for 1 night. Both rooms were dated and 1 was extremely smelly as if someone had been smoking all night without a window open. Even the towels smelt of smoke. Tiles were falling off the bathroom wall. The carpet felt sticky and wasn't clean. Parking spaces were available however the car park was not lit up in the evening. Thankfully we had only booked 1 night prior to a flight the next day.」

「Room smelt musty and stale smoke」

「Good value for money, nice room, good food, and very good staff, all in all would recommend it」

「The hotel has a wonderful ambience , probably created by the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as hard working. The cleanliness and efficiency is created by this commitment shown by the personell」

「Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.」

「The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel 」

「A convenient and stylish place to take rest, especially after a delayed long flight. The bar / restaurant at night could be a bit busy, but the room is comfortable, high privacy and does not bring hesitation to use. Breakfast is a plus. Spacious and quiet dinning area.」
