“Firstly we were very pleased to have been upgraded to a family room, which was an amazing gesture. Thank you. The room was spotless and the bed was very very comfortable we slept like logs. It was lovely to have a bigger room with a sofa and a bath and shower. So nice to be able to use the Sauna in the Spa in the morning before breakfast. Imagine our suprise that the two women who were running the restaurant recognised us from a previous visit. Thank you Shana and Katie you were both helpful……

“Quick service & clean room. Big bed, spacious but heating was broken. Clockwork timer next to bed slightly annoying ticking when you’re trying to drop off. ”

“Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue. However, my 14yr slept well all night as she usually sleeps with a curtain/blind open. Very……

“The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are……
