"Beautiful art deco hotel in a good area of downtown. Taneesha (front desk manager) was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Comfortable bed and nice bartending staff in the evening. Walking distance to restaurants and Great American Ballpark. Go Reds!"

"Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."

"Clean, newer rooms and hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with several hot options. However, I wouldn’t recommend booking through Expedia/Hotels.com. My reservation showed us booking a suite with a king bed. However, they put us in a ADA accessible room with a queen size bed. When I asked the front desk about the room and bed situation, they stated it was because we booked through “3rd party app” and not through Hilton, even though my Expedia reservation specifically had us down for a King standard studio. They did not seem to care and obviously did not care for the 3rd party app bookings. Our express downgraded and will not be staying here again."

"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"The fresh made omelets were awesome, staff was great at the bar and at check in. However, this property is gross, it smells like mildew in the rooms. The rooms are a great size and comfortable but they need to be redone or cleaned or something to help with the smells. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. The views are great. They didn’t have enough staff in the kitchen for breakfast to keep up with the amount of people eating so there wasn’t much left out when we got down for breakfast around 9:30am. There is only 1 ramp in the lobby to get to the elevators and that was narrow and inconvenient for lugging up your luggage. This hotel has great potential but needs renovations badly. "

"Room didn’t even look like it got cleaned. Smelt like vomit. Nobody working the front desk. Had issues with the room and the phone wasn’t plugged in so we did not have a direct line for help. In the middle of the night dogs were barking random people were jiggling our door handle. Did not feel any kind of safe and was not clean."
