「The cabin was well maintained and the property was very secluded. The beds and couch were comfortable. Showers and baths were working and in great condition. We enjoyed the small fire pit and picnic table in the backyard. We were there to visit family and ride our Jeeps at the Good Evening Ranch. The cabin was convenient to all of our activities. We would definitely recommend staying at the cabin.」

The location was perfect to the lake, short trip to Walmart, and had a few restaurants nearby. Property owner was outstanding to communicate with. Very responsive!! 「Beautiful and private about 15 easy minutes from Fayetteville. Easy access to various activities just a drive away. My family and i stayed here for three nights and it surpassed our expectations. It was wonderful to relax here after full days of activities. Comfortable, cozy, clean and so quiet. We would recommend 100% and would stay again when returning to the area. Loved it!」

「This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place.」

「Very very nice- appreciate hot tub ready for every day- toilet paper and paper towel soap etc already available was real nice- consider a box of Kleenex would be a nice touch but that is not a complaint- directions on the fireplace would be nice unless it’s not meant to be used- thanks for being a very nice part of our beautiful trip」

「My siblings and I stayed 5 days at this home. The kitchen was well equipped, as we made breakfast everyday. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and truly walkable downtown using the footbridge to cross the highway. The rooms, bathrooms and pool were extremely clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us. It was close to the major attractions and shopping.」
