“Very unique property and a pleasant stay”

“Great property. The pictures are exactly what you get. I would say that the living room is a little small for 5-6 people. So, we hung out in the primary bedroom to watch a movie all together on the night it rained. Also, be prepared to have a few bugs visit during your stay. The host left bug spray and a write up about it, but it was still annoying to have to spray and kill spiders and ants while on a vacay.”

“Beautiful place, clean inside and outside! The communication was great too! We were looking for Mountain View’s and some relaxation, and we were not disappointed!! Oh and the breakfast is Breakfast! Not muffins & coffee, First day we had blueberry cream cheese pancakes with eggs & sausage links! Second day was a spinach quiche! And they make their own sweet cream for coffee!! Hubby & I give Timberroot cottages a 10, a 5 stars and a big ol thumbs up!”

“This was an amazing property. Everything was clean and inviting. Our kitchen had everything we could possibly need. They left a notebook with recommendations and instructions. Our dogs transitioned well and loved to walk around the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Our only issue was the hard mattress. Neither of us could sleep on that. I suggest taking something cushy, like a thick sleeping bag. ”

“I liked how clean it was. It was very peaceful. I loved everything about it.”

“Perfect place with a lovely courtyard off the sun room. Loved the bird feeders and bird bath.”

“This place far exceeded our expectations! The view was incredible from every window- and especially from the giant porch!!! Ruby was amazing and had everything you could ever need already at the home, including bath robes and slippers! And the bed was incredibly comfortable!!We loved the variety of books she had there, and the suggestions she gave us for dinner! The location was incredibly convenient to so many hiking trails and to Chattanooga!10/10 host, 10/10 home, 10/10 view, 10000/10……

“We were attending a wedding in North Alabama and decided to make it a weekend getaway (we’re from Columbus,GA). We found the Robin’s Roost after considerable searching. It was a 15-minute drive from the venue, came in at a very reasonable price, and for the two of us, a tiny house made perfect sense. We were not disappointed at all!Robin’s Roost was perfect! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed (we brought gear it turned out we didn’t need). It’s a tiny house, but very comfy……
