Ideal Winter Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our winter stay in the Villages was everything we had hoped for and more. We could not have asked for more in the rental home we had.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home or throw something on the gas grill right outside. All bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. There were cleaning supplies, mops and vacuum provided so we could keep the home in perfect order. The rental company was immediately responsive the few times we called for minor issues. Kevin was especially helpful and seemed to be there as soon as we called. We would recommend Down Home Properties to anyone looking for a perfect rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this home for 3 months (Jan-Mar) and it was great. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The house was clean and well furnished. We had family visit as well and they enjoyed themselves immensely. We would rent again except we bought a home while we were here! We would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a wonderful visit. We took advantage of all of the amenities and activities, and can’t wait to return. The management was responsive and helpful.
