The property is steps away from amazing pools, the Ezel Recreation Center, Clifton Cove putting course, hiking and biking trails, that follow the Chitty Chatty preserve for miles, and Sawgrass Grove Marketplace with its shops, eateries and nightly entertainment.

The Village of St. Catherine is one of the newer and more popular neighborhoods in the southern portion of The Villages. With Sawgrass Grove Marketplace and Sawgrass Tavern, as well as the Ezell Sports and Recreation Center, Clifton Putting Course, and Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course just steps away, this vibrant area is filled with activity and excitement.
The Chitty Chatty nature preserve can be picked up at the end of the block. The preserve offers a beautiful serene path that goes on for miles leading you to other great neighborhood pools, dog parks and rec centers. Guests are welcome to use our bikes to explore this wonderful amenity!
The Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course is mere minutes away and is easily accessed by walking, biking or golf cart (golf cart rentals are available).
Eastport, the newest town center in the Villages is 3 miles away and Brownwood town center, with live entertainment daily, is a short drive by golf cart or car.
Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs town centers, both still in The Villages, are also a short car or golf cart ride from the home.
Other things to note: Guest passes are required to enjoy pools, golf, dog parks, and other recreational activities in The Villages. FREE guest passes are available through me, with the proper information.
If you love to golf... you might want to consider securing a "Temporary Owners Pass". This special pass offers discounted golfing and on-line booking capabilities at all of the Championship golf courses. This pass comes with a $50 "administration charge" which is payable directly to The Villages when you pick up your pass at The Villages Brownwood Sales Office.
