Stayed here 6 years ago and it was basic but good, but it's gone way downhill since. No issue with the desk staff who were friendly and helpful. But the place is just in a very poor state. A shame as the suites are large with a full kitchen. I couldn't recommend a stay here.

My favorite spot

I stay here alot when my Goddaughters come to visit. The room renovations are awesome. The bed is super comfortable and its always clean when I'm there. The only issue I have is all the people in front of the door smoking. They're not even off to the side but right by the door and I wasnt too happy having to breathe smoke just to entee the building. I actually had to ask a lady if i could use the cart to take my bags up as she was sitting on it outside smoking

Refugee Camp or Suite - Your Call

Parking lot in severe disrepair and filled with long-term section eight residents milling around including a police car questioning by standers. The hotel has many long-term struggling residents living there full-time. Oddly, my suite was fabulous! Spotless, accept for one corner of peeling wallpaper, great view, fire place, jet tub, kitchenette! Wierdest place I ever stayed and my old car was still there in the morning!

I have stayed at this property many times when i visit my Goddaughters. As far back as 2016. So much so everyone knew us lol The remodling of the rooms and updated furniture is awesome. New staff very friendly one young lady went beyond to help out with the tv/ remote caper lol. But overall a great experience and we look forward to returning.

Not all change is good.

I am here very often with my Goddaughters, since moving my elderly parents into my home. I love the upgrades they have done to the rooms. Unfortunately, there are always people in the front smoking. I hate having to walk through it. I have also had to ask someone if I could use the cart to take my bags to my room because they had it outside using it as a seat. There was new staff and I really did not appreciate having to wait for her to end her personal call to acknowledge that I was even standing there. The bed was nice and comfortable. BUT we went out to eat, I went to ask for a blanket since there was none in the room and was told I had to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Def did not appreciate that either. As I stated I have been coming here for a long time. Seems like staff has become way to relaxed and unprofessional.

Many upgrades, Friendly staff

I am a frequent visitor here whenever I get my Goddaughters. Since 2015 They have done a lot of upgrades and redecorating. It looks great. There is new staff this year and I keep forgetting the young ladies name that always checks me in. She is the BEST always friendly and professional. Also the young lady that was there at 4 pm she went above and beyond helping me and the girls. Your head of housekeeping even helped me with my bags when I was leaving. She didn't have to. Look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

The place was pretty decent. The room we got was actually nice. It was set up kind of like a home. The bedroom had a wall around it with a door separate from the living room/kitchen. I liked it.

Sherri at the main desk was fantastic,,,,Our first room was not apppropriate, so she found another room for us.. The mattress was so old and soft, we both had back issues waking up...The hotel lobby was nice, clean, coffee available..It is an older hotel, but it was really clean our room and EVERYWHERE that I saw
