「The only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The hotel was clean, amenities were above normal and well stocked, and the breakfast was everything you hope a hotel breakfast would be and lacked nothing. Also, the area was safe.」

「My daughter and I booked at McMenamins Crystal Hotel as we were attending an event at the Crystal Ballroom which is just one block away. The front desk staff was very helpful getting us checked in early, then held our bags on checkout date we were not leaving until late in the evening. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also such a pleasure. Room was clean, service provided great. We will totally book again when we go back to Portland.」
