You can access many restaurants off this recreation trail. Bayside Market is about a 15-20 minute bike ride for reference. This duplex is less than 5 minutes from the North American VASA trail system which is great for mountain biking and hiking in the summer and cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing in the winter.
We are located in a commercial district with a mix of residential homes and businesses. You pull in off of US-31 into a drive with two smaller multiple use office buildings. Behind the businesses are residential homes where the duplex is located. Beautiful East Bay is just across US-31 along with a roadside park and a small boat launch. The TART Trail is just steps outside of our duplex where a 2 minute walk will get you to the new Stone Hound Brewing Company or the Bayview Bar and Grill is a couple minutes in the opposite direction. Or take the bikes provided and find many other restaurants and even bike into downtown Traverse City. That'sa Pizza is minutes away- great pizza and menu!
