Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. KOTI is in a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions such as beaches, Horses by the Bay, wineries, golf courses, and much more. The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.
This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort. It features all the amenities to include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, large decks to enjoy the outdoors, designated parking, air conditioning, and modern amenities such as high speed fiber optic WIFi and smart TV for streaming.

Weekend away with Wife and out of college daughter.
Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend.
