“Very nice clean and loved the look of the property not as formal as I would have liked it to be felt a little to much like I was visiting a freinds house instead of staying somewhere but was an absolute great place to stay in the end 10/10 planning on the same place for next year when I come down”

“Check-in was super simple. Kitchen seemed fully stocked with items for cooking (although we did not use any of it). We came to Dallas for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This home was conveniently located to the venue. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it did seem like several of the houses were being fixed up to beautify the neighborhood. We had no safety issues at all. We basically needed a place to shower and sleep, and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if……

“The place was amazing! Fully renovated house with an amazing backyard. The pool is not swimmable (5’ depth) but still had a blast. A lot to do in the backyard considering it’s size. Will definitely keep this house on my list to book again.”

“Close to EVERYTHING This property is incredible. They used the space extremely well. The high ceilings and large common areas make it a comfortable place to hangout. It’s so close to everything, you can mark multiple things off your list in a single day. It’s 15 minutes from the downtown JFK tours or pioneer park with the bull statues or Reunion tower. 20 minutes to SMU, the presidential library or AT&T stadium and the ballpark in Arlington. “Convenient and safe, if not especially homey (bare minimum furniture, etc). Perfect location for a visit to Deep Ellum, and DART is literally outside the door. Getting in was a bit complicated, but that was part of what made it feel safe, and I felt sure the owner/operator was available. Would be glad to stay again. ”

“From the time we booked to the time we left it was an easy transition. Very effective communication and the place itself was just as described but BETTER when you walk in to the home. It was amazing! So amazing that my cousin who came to help me setup for the sleepover ended up booking for November for her own “grown up” sleepover lol! It’s a beautiful home and and a great place to have a sleepover or just get friends and hangout for a night or two. ”

“Its a nice place to stay. It was a reasonable price. Its close to good restaurants and easy access to the 35 so you can get to the bigger cities quickly. Two of the doors inside do not shut completely. They just dont latch. It wasn't a huge deal to us but it might be to some. Also two of the room are partial walls into the living and kitchen area. So if you want or need a lot of privacy this might not be the place for you. We didn't mind and the place was very clean and the decor was very cute.……

“We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake……
