“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. People on front desk not really friendly as being first contact with customers. People on breakfast was REALLY……

“Casa Duro was a fabulous boutique hotel that felt more had the intimate feel of a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the “Marcia” which was perfect for my husband and me and our adult son. We had 2 full bathrooms which was so nice as well a large dining room table where we played dominoes, Scrabble and Uno on a rainy day. The area surrounding had fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed walking around the lake and The Arboretum and Greenville. The best was Sisters restaurant just below our room.……

“A different kind of place, with self check in, using a number of code numbers. It worked OK. But many of us staying there had some difficulties with the system. The room was very big and nice. In like an old warehouse with super tall ceilings very thick walls, very quiet, very convenient in the downtown. There was a strong smell of mothballs, that some of the other residents, and I wondered about. We could also hear from the local residents, some of lived there as an apartment, that they weren’t……
