Just steps to UNCW’s beautiful campus, Bluethenthal wildflower preserve, and the Cross City Trail, this 1930’s farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is ready for your coastal adventure!
This space features ample off street parking, hardwood floors throughout, with two cozy bedrooms upstairs and the spacious Master downstairs. Only 8 minutes to Wrightsville beach, 8 minutes to Downtown Wilmington by car. Walkable to so many great local restaurants, parks, and Trader Joe’s!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect for the beaches, parks and stores. The house had everything we needed. It felt like home. There were lots of movies and games. My oldest son loved his room with the big treasure chest and his own air conditioning. The biggest bed was super cozy. They even had cool chairs to bring to the beach. The owner reached out several times to check in on us. We didn’t need a thing. We were having a blast. She also set us up with a pack n play for our toddler. It was very helpful. 10/10

Great House, Great Price

We usually stay near the beach, but our daughter was graduating so we wanted to be closer to campus and we also had extra guests. This was a great place for what we needed! Very clean, great kitchen area, comfortable living area. Perfect for a stay for a UNCW family!

Cozy farmhouse

The farmhouse is beautifully decorated, we loved the woodgrain floors and decor. Many nice amenities, easy to book, host very available for if anything is needed. We did not need anything though. We felt well cared for and anything we might have needed was already there! This is a great location, easy for beach, around town and access to downtown as well.

Perfect place to stay!

We were in town for UNCW graduation and it was in the perfect location, minutes from campus. The host was very communicative with me. They had everything you may need if you forgot, soap, shampoo, coffee pods, snacks. It was so clean. We felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

Short Family Get-A-Way

The property is as described, cute and clean. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea bar which was a nice touch. Cable TV was very spotty, but they did have Apple TV and a large selection of DVDs. Showers had great water pressure, beds upstairs were soft, whereas the Queen downstairs was very firm. Very close to UNCW and only 15-20 minutes to beach depending on traffic. Host was easy to connect with and check out was a breeze. Only feedback would be to clean backdoor entry before guests arrive as there were several large spiders hanging right above the doorway, which scared my daughter, so my husband cleaned the area. Overall, a nice stay for our family!

Second Visit

This was our second stay at this home and it did not disappoint. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a short stay in Wilmington. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Charming UNCW Bungalow

This bungalow exudes character with tasteful updates that are infused with the owner's personal touches. The home feels cozy with artwork and original sculptures that decorate the odd little nooks found in older homes. We appreciated all the unexpected extra amenities that added convenience to our stay including; a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, snacks, bathroom basket (filled with toiletry products) and the best oversized master bath towels and comfortable linens on the beds. The location could not have been more perfect for our teens travel team event at UNCW. The host is so helpful and very prompt to respond and was very accommodating to all our requests. Shout out for going above and beyond to notify us we left a few things behind and then taking the time to ship it at no charge. We plan to return next fall!

Great location and a charming home

We could not have found a more perfect home to stay in while visiting UNCW and the surrounding areas. The location was great! A few minutes drive to the University, beaches and downtown. The home was charming and very well maintained and equipped. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We spent mornings enjoying coffee on the front porch and evenings were enjoyed on the deck under the canopy of trees. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Parking was easy in the private driveway and could easily fit two vehicles. The host was quick to respond and made check-in very easy. It was evident that a lot of thought and care was put into making guests feel like they were home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!
