Idyllic Setting in a Quite Neighborhood

This is an excellent property in like new condition and is perfect for families. It is well equipped, has all the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking and boasts terrific views over the sound.

If you want peaceful surroundings on a beautiful coastal marsh....this is the place. It is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet residential neighborhood so no beach crowds, traffic, etc. The house is clean and well maintained. Comfortable bedding/towels, great water pressure and plenty of hot water (hey...it's important). The kitchen is well stocked and thank you for not going low budget on dishware. Crate and Barrel dishware is a nice touch for a rental. THE BEST PART IS THE BACK DECK AND VIEW!! We spent hours on the back deck watching osprey, egrets, gulls, and other shorebirds. So very peaceful. This house appears to be recently renovated and they did a great job. Tasteful furniture and decor and all appliances and utilities (e.g. HVAC) worked as required. The beach is about 20 mins aways and totally worth not getting balled up in beach traffic, etc. Let this be your sanctuary. It sure was for us. We'll be back.
