"Great last 5 days in London…. The pods were awesome as were the facilities. Super clean and new. Easy in and out of the hotel as well. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a slightly claustrophobic night 1, I was sad to leave on the last day. Best sleep of my life. If I could give folks any advice, pack light and pick the lower level pods. I’m guessing it would’ve been easier to get in and out of the pod on the lower level as the pod doors open in…. not out. The air conditioning was primo on rather hot London summer days. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff!"

"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."
