The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to figure out why GPS wouldn’t get us there… (need to type in Lady Booth, not Premier Inn). This is the sort of thing hotel websites and emails should be doing.

I loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend the facility to others. Great location with transportation network all around. Very clean rooms. Charming and very friendly staff. I loved most the breakfast. Wide variety /choices and the coffee was great. I remember most the elderly man - sorry i am forgetting his name. Very humble. Always wearing a smileband ready to help. Keep up the good work.

Excelente estadia, local limpo café da manhã bom, lembrar que é um café inglês então se prepare para uma mini refeição inglesa. Funcionários que lhe atendem muito bem. A entrada é um pouco estranha mas não se preocupe é seguro, confortável e com um excelente atendimento. Existem vários Pubs na proximidade e lanchonetes. Localização excelente, quanto a transporte, fica a 4 minutos a pé da estação de trem e ao lado de um terminal de ônibus. Ficamos em família e foi tudo bem

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und einfach, es war jedoch sauber. Gereinigt wird auf Wunsch, leider wurde das Toilettenpapier vergessen zu füllen. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht verstanden oder ging nicht. In den ersten Tagen war das Frühstück super, in den letzten beiden wurde nur spärlich und nur auf ausdrückliches Sagen nachgefüllt, das lag aber leider am Personal, die nicht gut zusammengearbeitet haben, es wurde aber alles nachgefüllt. Für eine Städtereise absolut ausreichend. 24/7 Rezeption, tolle Verkehrsanbindung und Läden.
