「We wanted a property that was central to London so we could easily access shops, restaurants and bars. The location was absolutely spot on for what we needed but more than that, it was clean, superbly presented, the perfect space, comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite being in a central location the area was so quiet and felt very safe. 「very bad, check in process took very long, inconvenience payment at the hotel, cannot pay at the property in spite it stated on hotel.com you can, aircon not working properly, very hot, no one attended to our multiple requests for aircon problem, tissue paper and cleaning of garage can, no one even noticed there was a big garbage bag outside our room door for a few days, no staff present at the property for any assistance required」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
