「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED FOR ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE RECEIPTIONIST STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT STORAGE LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK IN. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again. Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.」

「交通方便，19、38公車站牌走路幾分鐘就到，地鐵站跟大英博物館也在走路十幾分鐘就到的地方，Brunswick Center有大型超市（中西皆有），自己煮食也很方便。附近維吾爾餐廳Atush的大盤雞也不錯吃，炒青菜價格也不錯。有一天因為使用微波爐的問題需要員工幫忙處理，員工也非常有耐性，最後還幫我搬了一台微波爐來。 唯一小小的缺點就是，房間比照片稍微有點不同，比我想像中小跟舊一點，總之我一個人住了7晚，安全方面也還不錯，如果有機會是個我還會想再回去住的地方！」
