Clean riverfront condo waiting for your next Visit to Wilmington. Host Jody was very responsive and location excellent for a downtown stay! Parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go all weekend!

Fun place to stay near all the downtown spots. Wonderful sunset view! The property is convienient, tidy, and secure. This was agreat choice for us.

This unit matched the photos exactly. The living room/balcony water view was amazing! The location was perfect!! There’s a bagel place for breakfast in the same building downstairs and 2 restaurants just across the street. Very close to the Cotton Exchange. So much within a short walk! The parking pass was a huge bonus and the lot was never full and felt really safe. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again!
