This property is exactly as advertised. It includes a well appoointed kitchen and bathroom, and comfortable rooms. The owner does an excellent job of offering support if needed, and gives great instructions to facilitate a hassle free stay. The location is perfect. There is so much to see and do within walking distance. A definite winner!

Clean place, great location, great communication with host, parking costs, but isn't bad, there's a parking lot on the same side of the road, we paid $12 for 24hrs. Would book again if we visited Wilmington.

Loved staying here. Convenient to walk around downtown with all the great restaurants and bars. Beautiful loft! Perfect for a single traveler, a couple, or for two needing separate bedrooms sharing a space. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding location and the unit is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to many restaurants rated higher than 4 on YELP. Very close to Riverwalk and only a 25 minute drive to ocean beaches.

Perfect stay in downtown Wilmington!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for stay! Aaron (property manager) was quick to respond with any questions and had wonderful communication with instructions for checkin and checkout processes. The loft was in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores and bars! Would stay here again in the future!

Excellent location!

We loved this location. Restaurants, tours, shops, etc. are a few steps from the door! The historic building was interesting and loved the decor/design. We felt very secure with the keypad entries. The fan in the back bedroom didn’t have a control and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat but aside from those couple of things, everything was great. Would recommend!

Great stay in downtown Wilmy!

This property was ideal for our family of five. Its prime location, just steps away from a variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops, made it incredibly convenient. This property is absolutely beautiful!! I loved our stay, our parking was a little expensive in the deck across the street so next time we visit we will choose somewhere else to park however would 1000000% stay here again, beautiful loft and was a great place for a weekend stay. Downtown Dream

My husband and I were in town to celebrate my birthday with our son and his family, who live in Wilmington. We were within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. I loved the exposed brick walls and the decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the condo was clean and very easy to access. Our grandson was so excited to see the extra bedroom ( and that we were staying above the candy store and only a block from Kilwin’s which is his favorite downtown spot) that he insisted on staying with us. We would definitely stay here on future visits.
