Excellent place, has everything you need and I don’t think you can be more central in downtown Wilmington. Plenty of stuff to cook with, very quiet at night as it does not face streets with bars on it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting peaceful stay in a great location.

Historic Wilmington - no beach required ;)

Location, location, location! We walked everywhere - to tour historic homes, to restaurants, to the Riverwalk. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!

The location was fantastic. The "steampunk" vibe of the loft apartment was amusing (we're anime fans), but more importantly it was well-kitted and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful. The location could not have been better.

Three nights in the heart of wilmington! The apt was cute as a button - exactly as the photos show. Location was perfect. Parking was not terrible. We would stay here again!

Definitely would book again!

Clean place, great location, great communication with host, parking costs, but isn't bad, there's a parking lot on the same side of the road, we paid $12 for 24hrs. Would book again if we visited Wilmington.

Beautiful Downtown Loft!

Loved staying here. Convenient to walk around downtown with all the great restaurants and bars. Beautiful loft! Perfect for a single traveler, a couple, or for two needing separate bedrooms sharing a space. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay an explore Wilmington

Outstanding location and the unit is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to many restaurants rated higher than 4 on YELP. Very close to Riverwalk and only a 25 minute drive to ocean beaches.

Awesome Vibes

This property has awesome vibes with the brick walls and tall ceilings, but it's also super comfy. It's located in a great location, close to shops and restaurants.

Loft as advertised. Very clean and neat. Loved the historical building and overall vibe of the loft. Location, location, location!!!! Everything you need and more within walking distance. Would highly recommend!!!

Perfect stay in downtown Wilmington!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for stay! Aaron (property manager) was quick to respond with any questions and had wonderful communication with instructions for checkin and checkout processes. The loft was in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores and bars! Would stay here again in the future!
