“My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.”

“Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us. We left for dinner and came back and the line to get back into the building was around the corner!! Luckily the bouncer/doorman spotted us and pulled us through.. you have to share the same small……

“Love that place, my sisters and i have a beautiful time, place is gorgeous, i am an architect and i appreciate the old good restore building and the street is so pretty, walking distance from the river, and shops and restaurants. We have everything we need in the house for cooking and the beds are comfy and the place is quiet. I will easily stay here again. Steve was so easy to reach out and very kind.”

“Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location to the historic Wilmington riverwalk! The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for me and my sister - stocked with all the necessities, including some waters and snacks. Curt was a fantastic host, communicating clearly and promptly before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely worth every cent. Everything about our stay was perfect. A very clean, well located spot perfectly located right on the Riverwalk. Perfect access to everything and located in a spot quiet enough to sleep well at night. Excellent communication from the owner who was very kind and it was very easy to find the place. I would absolutely recommend and we intend to used them again in the future.”
