Cozy. Clean. Cute. Spacious. Perfect size space for our family for a weekend get away. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, entertainment. Live Oak Bank Pavilion was so convenient to get to. Renovation was done beautifully.

5 ⭐️ Accomodations! Exceptional Attention to detail. Welcome folder with snacks. Each bathroom has soaps, shampoo conditioner, lotion and many towels. The bedrooms each have lovely white linens with nightstands on each side of the bed that have changing stations. Large flat screen in each bedroom. Amazing two bedroom two bath that we look forward to staying in again.

UNCW Visit

We were in town to visit my niece at UNCW. The property was very nice and clean, and true to the pictures. I will mention that the second bathroom isn't exactly "roomy" although it is nice. The location is perfect for walking downtown and through the Historic District, and is close to many great restaurants, bars and shops. We like to bring food and cook when staying away from home, and this property had cookware, but it would be nice if it had some more condiments available (salt & pepper would be great!!). My only complaint is that you can hear everything that is going on in the unit upstairs, from people walking back and forth to conversations and the TV. But with that being said, my niece is only a freshman at UNCW so we would definitely stay at this property again if it is available!!
