This beautiful home sits on a 1/2 acre lot in town. At a whopping 2800 sf, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large kitchen, separate dining room, and an enclosed sunroom. This home is just 6 blocks from the new baseball stadium (being built), so this home is well positioned for visitors with a large family or multiple guests who would like to visit the downtown Wilson area. Stay as few as 4 days, book a week, or even a month! (Unit A is the House)
This home is close to the highway for a commute to Raleigh and the RDU Airport via Hwy 264, or Greenville via Hwy 264. Walk to dinner downtown via the sidewalks, enjoy local artist museums, train station, and wonderful Vollis Simpson Whirlygig park, a delight for young and old alike. This home is a duplex, so please note that the other side might be rented. The other unit has a separate entrance and separate driveway, but keep in mind that after 11pm, it should be quiet and peaceful.
