My wife and three kids enjoyed our stay at this property. We didn’t blow our budget on lodging and we painted the whole Jackson hole area with the extra money

Our ski trip chateau!

The listing was just as portrayed online! Getting text reminders for check in/check out and weather updates was very helpful. The stay was clean and cozy. There was just 3 of us, I would say it could comfortably hold 5 adults maybe 6 if you don’t mind it getting a tight! Location was really great, we had a rental car so easy to go from mountain to Jackson. There is a bus system but we couldn’t really figure it out, so having a car would be best staying here. Parking was made easy, even with the snow and plows. Overall, loved our stay here and would stay again!

Great location and nice accommodations, but needed attention to detail.

The condo location is great. About half way between Teton Village and the town of Jackson. The condo living area and kitchen is very nice. Having said that, the attention to detail of maintenance is a little lacking--bathroom door hinge didn't allow the door to close properly, cabinet doors in the kitchen don't close properly nor in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod kept falling off, light bulbs that were burnt out. We did notify the office and they sent someone to take care of the problems. They were very responsive. The website said the twin beds could be modified to a king for $45, and we requested that. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, as when the beds were put together, there was a 6" difference in the height of the two mattresses. We were refunded the $45. Nothing was a major problem, just annoying, as these things should be taken care of as ongoing property maintenance.
