「I wanted to know if they could give me a room with a shower tray. No reply. I needed to cancel due to illness and then neither I could get hold of them. As a result I had to pay for a hotel I could not use. Expedia were unable to sort out this issue. Such poor communication means I will not use this hotel ever. I also am disappointed Expedia could not get the hotel to agree to basic customer service like being responsive to customer enquiries」

「Unique room in a converted 1885 wagon was fun! But pretty rustic, don't expect big luxury. No toiletries (soap) were provided, but there were towels. The pub has good pizza!」

「房間乾淨，服務熱忱，早餐令人難忘，以前一直不敢吃培根，沒想到是煎的人不對。」

「Property was nicely decorated and, whilst there is no reception, the instructions to gain access were easy and worked well. The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and well thought through although there was a lack of English Breakfast tea bags which I assume was just because they hadn’t been topped up. There is no parking at the accommodation but lots of parking in the town centre - it’s only a few minutes walk and I would recommend parking first and then walking to the property as...

「Excellent breakfast and very friendly owners. We had avkarge bedroom that was very comfortable with a hot shower. Highly recommended」

「Amazing service and the shower is divine」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The George. It was authentic, absolutely clean as a whistle and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. It is an authentic old inn so there were some creaky floors but it fine for us. The staff and the food were amazing. I would stay here again.」

「I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. We shopped in the farm shop afterwards and bought more than we needed as it all looked (and was) so good. A really lovely stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Really ovely room. ...

「This place was in the most adorable town and made you feel connected to it. The hosts were phenomenal and if you’re lucky you might get a homemade chocolate cake while you’re there.」

「Everything was perfect. The attention of the host was really thoughtful, the location was completely adorable and a perfect place to disconnect and the breakfast filling and delicious」

「the room was very comfortable had everything you could ever need. Jan and mark welcomed us into their home for breakfast every day very patient as we were late risers. They went way beyond normal hospitality drove us to the beginning of the water meadow walk in Salisbury and wrote out the. route for a drive through the new forest. We were staying for 5 nights wished it was longer as we were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. If only all holiday owners were like them. There was a bus...

「Staff were friendly and accommodating. The property has some very interesting art and was clean and tidy. Area was very quiet too」
