We loved the house. Perfect for the two of us. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and safe feeling. We will definitely recommend to our friends. The hot tub was very clean and a plus.

Beautiful Cabin

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, beautiful and private. This is the first trip we took by ourselves in 17 years and this property was well worth it.

Five stars for several reasons. The view when we arrived was beautiful, the picture do NOT do this house justice. There are so many photo opportunities (including a vibrant door that was not pictured!!) there was a comment about it being in someone back yard and I could barely see the top of the other house from the entrance of this one. I couldn’t find if there was a single cup or a pot coffee maker( super easy to communicate with and they had both anyway) my favorite a body mirror. This sounds crazy but being that there is a hot tub this is essential and I’ve been in BEACH HOUSES without them… great stay, will come back!

This house is the perfect quiet slice of nature to sit back and relax! I spent all day reading on the porch with a nice breeze to beat the heat. I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful views!

Perfect location - it’s a 10 minute drive from downtown Wimberley but still feels remote and private. Beautiful view from the wraparound porch. We had a great stay!

Outstanding!

This is the perfect secluded place for a couple visiting the Wimberly area. Close to town yet it is secluded in a gated community with all the amenities you will need. Perfect.

Anniversary

We booked for a romantic anniversary trip to Wimberley, TX. This gem didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, quiet, private and the hot tub was amazing.

Exceptional place! Gorgeous views, hot tub was clean & didn’t smell of strong chlorine Beds were very comfortable, soft sheets & plenty of blankets. Host was VERY nice & responsive. I liked the added security of a gate with a code. The road up to the house is very narrow but the few neighbors we encountered were very nice & accommodating the two times we met someone on the road. I will say another rocking chair would be nice outside but that will not detour us from staying here again! In fact we’re planning a trip back in May for our birthday’s if the home is available. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent as the mosquitoes are horrible before sunrise & at dark as usual for a place being close to a river. We had thermocell’s & were not really bothered by them. The sunrises are amazing at this place The Blue Hole, Wimberly Square & Jacob’s Well are all within a 12-15 minute drive from the house which was perfect for us as we drove 6 hrs to get to the house & we didn’t want to be in the road for a long time getting to a destination we wanted to see. I really can’t say enough good things about the place! We will be back for sure!!!

This place checked all our boxes! The view is incredible from the living area to the bedroom. It’s the perfect size for a couple and has everything you need. It is in a great location, too! Very clean. We visit the area often and I will check availability for this place before all others.

Love the area! Beautiful house and beautiful views! Bed could use a nice mattress topper. It’s very firm but not terrible! 2nd year in a row coming to this same house! Definitely will be back!

Actually stayed at another property so...

This house (or one nearby) was part of a stop on a tour so the renter asked if we'd like to stay at another property. This review is for that property. We gladly accepted the upgrade and enjoyed our stay. Communication was great and the property was in a beautiful spot on a hill. The view was amazing, especially from the hot tub and deck. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only recommendations for the property we stayed at are a throw blanket or two in the living area, more towels for the hot tub, softer towels overall, and upgrading the outlet covers to match the design. We found some great spots to eat in Wimberley and had no problem finding the property or accessing it like others had mentioned. Note: We are familiar with the Texas Hill Country and terrain.
