Nice for a weekend at the lake
I was a little concerned as we entered the community as one of the security gates was broken allowing anyone in and out of the area without requiring a security code. The black numerals on the house against dark brown wood were hard to find as we arrived after dark. The interior of the home is beautiful! There seem to be a couple outlets in the kitchen without power to them or possibly a circuit breaker issue? While the listing states it will sleep 10, there are only 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is nicely sized, the other two are very small. There were 2 portable beds available as well as the living room couch that could be pulled out into a bed but there would be no privacy for anyone staying on those. The exterior could use some attention as the front flower bed was full of grass/weeds. The owners were very responsive and helpful over our visit. The back patio is lovely but the bugs are bad being so close to the lake. I would recommend bug spray before going out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Seeing how there were supposed to be 7 of us and due to illness only 4 came, we will be looking for something with more space for our next visit.
