"Everything has been just amazing! The staff are very helpful and friendly, with such attention to detail. Our room was stunning (we stayed in the Bowness Suite) with the best views ever over the lake! Booked the Bentley to take us down to a restaurant in the harbour for dinner with was ace and such a great touch from the hotel! Spent lots of time in the private hot tub watching the fighter jets fly low over the lake. It's beem magical, I can't fault a single thing. Thank you! "

"We booked a superior room which was excellent and had views of the lake. We were a ljttle apprehensive when booking after reading some reviews but we absolutely did nit need to worry. Excellent hotel and really good value for money. Tip pay the extra £10 per couple for breakfast as is very good for the money. We would definitely stay again. Well done."

"Two rooms for 3 people. What a wonderful friendly place. Stayed for 2 nights, the location is really good for location to travel by car or public transport. The guest house itself is really clean, staff super friendly ,lovely rooms and a great breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we will definitely go back again "

"Hotel was superb. Pity it didnt sell swimwear for a last minute booking to use the spa facilities. Views were fabulous.Food was tasty. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They just need seperate trellis for outside balconies for extra privacy. Although alot of renovation going on but did not disturb the stay. "
