Beautiful location and grounds. Fantastic staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful and lunch in the restaurant was delicious with excellent service. We found the room a little claustrophobic and hot and next doors tv was clearly audible through the wall.

Perfect two night stay

Loved our two night stay at Linthwaite. Beautiful views and grounds. A very special setting. Service excellent from all staff. Enjoyed dining on the terrace at the Conservatory Restaurant. Will definitely be back to explore more of the area

A truly wonderful Hotel

We stayed at Linthwaite House to celebrate my partners birthday, its not so much a hotel as a Art Gallery with its wonderfully tasteful decor and items from the owners private collection. Its location over looking Windermere and landscaped garden it was for us the most fantastic place to relax wonderful food and with staff that couldn't do enough for us truly 5 star for us it was a "Faultless" weekend.

Perfect hotel in amazing setting .

Absolutely fantastic stay ! Everything was perfect , staff so friendly. Hotel has beautiful views and gardens stunning . Breakfast was lovely with a great menu to choose from . Definitely will return .

The Hotel has a magnificent view on Windermere and the garden and environment are beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although Henrock was closed on the days we stayed, the food at the Bar was excellent (we did dinner for 2 nights we stayed there). Breakfast was very good as well, and we had enjoyed very much on our stay.

The hotels surroundings were beautiful and it was so quiet. The whole experience was very relaxing The only thing that I was a wee bit disappointed in that the bar closed at 11. Would definitely be back again
