Enjoyed our stay, lovely flat in great location.

Enjoyed our stay, lovely flat in great location. Good quality kitchen utensils. Minor points: please replace missing dvd remote; add WiFi password to the information pack; provide guidance on where to park car so to avoid upsetting neighbours.Our keys were not available to collect due to communications failure between cleaner and local lettings office. We had to find alternative accommodation at 6pm. Local office needs to have process in place to check keys are available.

Tv in the lounge DEFINITELY needs upgrading to a smart tv with free view. BBC i player. You tube. As does the tv in the lounge. For which the remote control still doesn’t work.

Flat is clean and tidy and warm.

Flat is clean and tidy and warm. Car parking no problem. The only problem is the tv , it could be doing with an upgrade to a smart tv. The remote for the tv in the bedroom doesn’t work. So minor niggles which need sorting. All the kitchen appliances worked without a hitch.
