There is no onsite parking, which was falsely advertised on the app. We tried to find street parking at several times each day and evening but there was none. So the parking permit was useless. Parking was a block away in a public car park which cost us £21 for our 2 night stay. No breakfast was possible even though it was mentioned by others in their reviews which makes me think that they were fake reviews. But a mini chocolate croissant and child size orange juice each was on the fridge on our arrival No person on sight to greet us or help with anything. Just a what’s app number to call. Shower was clean but impossible to get a good temperature, boiling or boiling. The room was filled with many useful items but there was no room to set up the provided suitcase stand. And the room looked crowded and messy. No toiletries provided except a small soap bar and a half full shampoo/ body wash. Bed was huge, too big for the size of the room but was very lumpy and the bed head rattled every time you moved. The room only had vertical blinds on the only window which looked straight onto the street this meant we had to have the window blinds closed the whole time unless we wanted passers by looking in. Which added to the gloomy feeling of the room. No room clean or towel change, just a room only. Washing machine icon was listed but none was found. I feel the advertisement for this place needs to be redone. Very misleading. It was close to shops and some lovely restaurants.
