"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were incongruous… one bed was very comfortable, while the other had a less comfortable, very springy-like mattress, but acceptable. Nice to have a microwave and mini refrigerator. Clean bathroom with adequate space and counters. Coffee & ice by the lobby was convenient. Front office staff was fairly friendly. AC/Heat & Fan unit easy to operate. The only negative was the strong smell of cleaning product (like Pine-Sol) that was eminent and noticeable during our entire stay (maybe somewhat less noticeable on Day 2, but still present). Would recommend highly, due to comfort, cleanliness, and cost!!"

"This property was not well maintained and the skeleton crew staff were horrible and poorly trained. We ahd to be moved to a separate room the 1st night because the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over the bathroom with water coming out the ceiling and the locks in that door were broken and would not lock."

"Restaurant was great. Room was clean but dated. Staff was very helpful and gracious especially with having our dogs with us. Provided a room that accomodated them and easy to take them out. Parking in back was also convenient."

"The hotel cancelled my reservation that I made through expedia and never told me. When I showed up with my family expecting to stay I was told they had no rooms and my reservation had been cancelled."

"I was not happy at check in, the hotel was overbooked. We had 4 guests and had to stay in a one king bed with a half in flared air mattress. Needless to stay it was not a comfortable stay."

"Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."
