「Everything was great! 」

「Very nice rooms, recently remodeled.」

「Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.」

「Property is pretty new. Nice size fridge and full stove/oven. Our unit did not have a dishwasher, but it was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, but comforter was very heavy. More like a January comforter than May. Also, IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, make sure you ask for a room with accommodations. The tub is raised and was difficult for me to enter. Also, tub bottom is not a safety flooring and no grab handles. There is a bath mat. Only suggestion I have is a couple more towels in...

「It’s new and clean. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s close to the south gate of Shenandoah national park and the north gate of blue ridge road. 」

「The breakfast menu was a little lackibg based on other stays at Hamilton Inn over the past years. 」

「The rooms are old-style and cramped for the two days we stayed there. A nearby floor lamp with a hole in the shade was the light for the desk so the desk was poorly lit. The plug at the desk was so loose it did not work. The pillows were foam and uncomfortable. There was no room for toiletries around the sink. And, there was dried blood in the wall of the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate but poorly cooked. It could have tasted so much better. We will not return.」

「Gibson Warehouse is well location on the edge of downtown Staunton. The property’s rooms are oversized with great bedding. While I would not hesitate to stay here again, the room we most recently stayed in could use additional lighting. 」

「Our room and my daughter’s room was filthy. There was a dead bug inside a pillowcase: a bug smashed on the wall with a streak of bug guts; peanuts under the desk area; yellow stains on the sheets; a lot of dead bugs under the curtains; and what appeared to be a mouse hole in the wall. We left and found a clean room at the Holiday Inn Express. We have pictures and requested a refund.」
