"It was a nice location, my only issue was our room did not have a river view….."

"Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills. Expedia however very good to rectify the booking confusion when contacted. "

"The front desk staff was great! Parking was plentiful and the shuttle to the casino was an added plus. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite. Fridge in the room but no microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby though. No room service because the hotel is separate from the casino. Just a vending machine. They're in the midst of renovating the hotel. The room we had was renovated but there was still the same old worn furniture in there. Maybe that'll get changed out later. But we enjoyed the stay. "

"Room was Horrible. Could not safety lock, hairs on faucet, food in fridge, horribly rancid trash, human waste (poop) on toilet paper. Gross!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again if we make a return trip to the area. Our host was very friendly and made everything very easy and accommodating for us. "
