"The staff were very helpful and professional. The building is a great historic building, yet has all the modern comforts. Very nice grounds and out door sitting area. "

"Hotel is in a good location. Pool was out of action for the 11 nights in which I stayed. Food menu was limited and average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as well in the restaurant."

"Did not meet my expectations. The carpet through me off, I found it to be dirty. It has reached its sell by date. The room duvet is too small"

"Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Area where hotel is located isnt excatly safe for tourists but hotel has 24/7 security and easy to uber everywhere to and from the hotel. "
