We left early because we couldn’t take another day of the constant train running by every 2-3 hrs. day and night. Couldn’t enjoy the peace and quiet because there was none. Sorry we wasted our money there. We gave them one extra day

Nice place in a awkward location

The unit itself was nice, clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The manager was very responsive to some restocking that was necessary.The neighborhood itself is probably best described as "aesthetically challenged", though, in fairness, that's probably true of all of Winter Haven.The biggest issue to be aware of is that the property is very close to an active train track. Trains come through throughout the night at all hours. While a train itself passing through is not overly disruptive, as they come through they sound their very loud horns.
