We really enjoyed being able to walk to the different shops and restaurants. Also enjoyed the gondola ride. This condo was perfect for just the two of us. It was clean and comfortable.

Property location was perfect. Condo very comfortable. Parking access was problematic. Refrigerator had an odor which mgmnt tried to correct but ultimately required replacement. Response from mgmnt team very good.

Great location right next to Gondola. Convenient to slopes, rentals and restaurants/shops in the mountain village. Condo was clean and stocked with necessities. Check in was a breeze and parking under building is convenient. Hot tubs and nice small gym too.

Great place to stay. Quiet. Close to many great hikes and downhill mountain biking. Hot tubs were great. Took short ride to Hot Sulfur Springs to soak in pools. 4 great hikes within miles of resort.

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent with resort details and check in info… we were able to check in early and our questions were answered promptly. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and even the blow up mattress was comfortable. Loved being close to the lockers and hoot tubs.

Everything about the property was perfect - location, amenities, friendliness of staff. Our only *complaint* is that the condo was soooo hot - but easily remedied with keeping windows open at night! Otherwise super comfortable! Everything we needed for meals in. Kids could come and go for snacks throughout the day. We are already planning out next trip!

Disappointed that we overbooked by 1 day we have always stayed 3 nights and for some reason this year where booked 4 nights and told there was nothing that could be done to correct/reimburse us for the error

The setting and condo was very welcoming and peaceful. Our only trouble was with the WiFi- I am not a fan of being on an unsecured network and not having access to using the smart TV for streaming but I relayed the issue and it was resolved in about 24 hrs. I really appreciate Nicky and all of her hard work. The summer time is a much slower pace in a Winter Park and that is what we were looking for, restaurants and shops aren't open as late so double check before heading out. All in all it was a great week.

Overall the experience was excellent. After checking in we went to get our rental skis and immediately locked ourselves out of the room. The PM sent someone over to get us new keys right away. Location is perfect to just walk to gondola to start the day. Bed/kitchen/etc all worked great. Our only minor issue was the "sleeps 4". I assumed it was a foldout couch but it was actually an air matress that seemed to have a hole bc it wouldn't hold air. My teenage son had to sleep on the couch so it wasn't that big of a deal. I would definitely rent from them again.
