Furthermore, a private deck offers an additional space for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings; located on the third floor, it guarantees peace with no occupants above to disturb the tranquility. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, generous space, a flat-screen TV, and a modern bathroom that showcases granite countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, which has been similarly updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and flooring.
Building 20 is located at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a short walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
