Family Winter Escape

Our adult children and our three grandchildren stayed in this beautiful home for a week in Jan. The home way over surpassed our expectations. By far the best VRBO home we have rented. The home was very well stocked to help our stay more enjoyable. We would stay here again!

Great weekend!

We really enjoyed our weekend here- very large house, lots of room for hanging out as well as a great kitchen area for cooking! Porch views were amazing- looking right at the Winter Park mountains and the trees made it feel much more secluded than a few other houses that we looked at!

Everything you could ask for!!

What a great property! Clean and incredibly well stocked! Every kitchen utensil, pots, pans, dishes and the basic condiments, etc. Lots of space for the 11 of us!! And the bus shuttle only one block away. This is a real keeper!

Phenomenal House

The house was perfect. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed all of great views from all over the house. The kitchen was full of the essentials we needed as we cooked most of the week. Beautiful Home, Highly Recommend

We do an annual family trip with 8 adults and 4 kids and this house was perfect for all of us. It's a beautiful, great quality home. The views from the hot tub are gorgeous, we saw wildlife in the backyard, grilled, relaxed. The house is close to the gondola and an easy drive into town. Thanksgiving fun

We had 10 adults & 2 children stay in this beautiful villa for the week of Thanksgiving, coming from CA, NY, Chicago and Boulder. We cooked every meal in the well appointed kitchen. The bedroom configuration and the two family rooms worked perfectly for our group. So many puzzles and games to choose from. Loved the hot tub and couldn't get enough of the view. Wonderful location! So convenient to the slopes. Everything was great except for the outdoor fire pit not working. Would stay here again.

Great house for a huge family!

The house was perfect for our family. We had 14 people, cooked huge meals for everyone and the house swallowed the whole group! Had some mechanical issues with the house, but the property management company was right on it and it didn't affect our stay. We'll be back!

Family fathering

This spacious home was ideal for our annual family reunion. There was lots of places to gather for conversations and games. Everyone loved the hot tub and the surprise sighting of a mama moose and her baby. Hiking and other activities were close by. Our group spanned ages 80 to 9. This was the best kitchen set up ever. We all cooked and everything we needed was there. For a big group this place is perfect.

Great Stay!

We stayed at the Lakota Timberland Luxury Home for our parent's 50th anniversary. The property was in pristine condition, and was more than we expected. We found it hard to leave the place as there was so much to do. The outdoor space is amazing, the kitchen is great for cooking and the basement was great for entertaining. And this is a good thing, i think...We had 2 very small minor items that needed attention and the management staff was SUPER responsive and helped us out quickly. Thanks for a great stay guys!!

Fabulous mountain Vacation

We stayed at the 270 Timberland in winter park and it was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed no guessing it was just there and well labeled. Rooms where all spacious and had plenty of room for all your bags. The Mountain View's where stunning and watching people on the slopes was the highlight of every morning. Also Winter Park Resort is amazing if an amenity is not working they send someone out right away same day to try and fix it and if they can't fix it they offer you vouchers and some of your money back. They are so easy to work with and absolutely amazing to have a host 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Rental review of 270 Timberland Ln

Beautiful house. Extra blankets are needed in every bedroom not just a couple of bedrooms in the basement. When you realize your cold it's in the middle of the night and not a good time to go rummaging through other people's bedrooms looking for blankets. Kitchen could use a large frying pan (we always had to use 2 of the medium pans to feed us all). Also need another set of measuring cups. Range grill doesn't seem to work. Dishwashers don't clean well. Might be time to replace them. Appreciated all the games! Hot tub is struggling. It would self turn off and be 90-95 degrees. So every time we tried to use it, the tub was cold. We had your hot tub guy come look at it and he asked for us to take pictures of the digital panel readout. Don't know how to attach the pics to this review but the readout said, "Run Pump For Temp". Hope that helps. Thank you for the use of such a beautiful home.

This house was perfect!

We have rented many homes for our family so we have much to compare! This home was not only beautiful with stunning views, but it was the perfect size for our large family. The house was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the kitchen being so well equipped with all we needed. There was room for all of us to sit and enjoy the fire place in the living room. The hot tub was great and the moose salt lick right out back was amazing as we saw moose every day! We loved this home so much that we are already looking forward to using it again! We are skiers and the proximity to Winter Park and Mary Jane is another bonus! We also appreciated access to park in the garage as well as have room in the drive way for 3 more cars. The mud room with a heated floor for all the ski bags was also amazing. Overall, we loved this house and our stay!

Great location

The property was very nice. There were a few things that need to be checked. The fire pit only lit up the first day we got there, after that we could not get it lit. The downstairs tv lost the internet connection. Could not find any instructions. Also the downstairs fridge did not work. Disappointing as we had planned to use the bar area and den for entertaining. The tv sound bar in main living area off of the kitchen the volume would go up on its own.
