The newly renovated house is located on a quiet side street, almost directly on the ski slopes, hiking trails, bike park, and much more. The house has a ski room including a drying unit for ski boots. A bicycle garage is still in the making. Within walking distance of the city center and just a short distance to the bike park, ski carousel, and the bobsled track.

Our beautiful, new, bright apartment provides the perfect setting for a well-deserved holiday. The comfortably furnished living room opens onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, ideal for relaxation. A flat-screen TV is available in the living room and bedroom for entertainment.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the "Emma" dishwasher will handle the cleanup while you enjoy time with family or friends. The first bedroom features a large double bed and a second flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom includes a spacious bunk bed.
The bathroom is elegantly designed with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Your vehicle will be conveniently parked in the on-site parking lot. Additionally, you will receive a Sauerland Card upon arrival, allowing you to travel for free by train and bus.
