We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel like the owners are getting taken advantage of by whoever is responsible for cleaning, because the room was clearly not ready for guests. The location is great, but the cleaning needs major improvement.

Room was falling apart and we had to ask a different guesr for the number to get into building code give was for a lock box that had nothing in it. No code for door to get into building

Property was outdated and old. Furniture was raggedy. Wall paintings were raggedy and falling apart. TV was super old and tiny like it belonged to a 5 yr old. Tv had a CABLE BOX. Furniture looked like it was from IKEA. There was a stripper pole in the middle of the room. Lamps didn’t work. Light sockets didn’t work. Heat didn’t work and they told ME to fix it. Phone staff was nonexistent and the one guy we did find was rude. They sent a tech to fix heat and he was nice at least. That’s how they got the one star. Asked for more towels they told me NO. Impersonal experience. Terrible communication. Terrible visit. Not worth the price AT ALL. Won’t return.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and size of the suite we stayed in. It was irony at work when we walked up to the "Vegas Baby" suite, as we had talked about a trip to Vegas for weeks peior. The patio overlooked Lake Delton, in all of its frozen glory! The views were amazing, and the service was just as nice.

Wish I could post photos to share the frustration. Missing about two feet of blinds on the balcony doorway. Prime viewing for any peeping Tom. Staff gave us a king size sheet and binder clips to have a makeshift privacy wall from anyone walking by (that we had to put up). King size bed was about 1' off the ground and soft/springy. Other than that the room was great and the jet tub and shower were fantastic. Those alone were worth the stay.

Property was too old and everything including furniture was worse condition. And the window/door curtains were not hiding the sunlight. Most importantly the mosquito mash was also broken.

The property is nice,but the room we had smelled musty and it didnt feel clean. The picture in the bathroom had part of the frame coming off,there is mold between the shower door glass,the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall,the bathroom sink leaks,and the hand towel holder was replaced but the wall wasnt fixed from the old one.and the screen door on the patio door did not move.

Lovely Lake Delton !

Absolutely perfect. Immaculate and fresh unit, with great views and comfortable furniture. The bed was terrific, bathroom spacious, balcony wonderful. We checked in easily and we were greeted with warmth and professionalism.

The outside is very beautiful. Elevator area is nice but when you reach the lower level it is dark, dirty, and smells. Our room had spider webs, pet hair and needed to be dusted. The shower needed to be cleaned and even though it had 4 shower spouts the water pressure couldn't handle them. The bed was broken, the sliding glass door was broken. We had a beautiful view of the lake, but only one chair and it...was broken. We loved the Dells. 10/10 for sightseeing. I just wish our room had been a little more put together for the cost.
