“Wonderful new hotel in the Dells! We enjoyed the pool and arcade everyday. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was still learning procedures but I have no doubt that will come in time. We will be back!”

“The room was good and clean. The morning staff was on personal phone and was speaking in a different language which I dont care but at least acknowledge me. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above were stomping on the floor which sounded like they were wearing cement boots. I told the front desk and the people finally stopped at 1am. The breakfast was awful. The eggs had no taste and watery. The sausage……
