“As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the……

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In the dells period just to try to save a buck. I stayed at some of the other cheap hotels in the dells, and this was by far the dirtiest most rundown. Most sketchy stinkiest hotel i've ever been at. I booked the Suite for my daughter and I for one night. We immediately arrived to the hotel.
